The ISR I position is an entry level role and receives regular supervision and direction from the Director of North American Sales.
Duties and Responsibilities Essential
Responsibilities:
Responsible for an assigned territory or portfolio of customers to target for remote sales development.
Partners with field sales team to understand customers' unique needs and potential sales opportunities.
Engages with field sales team to conduct site visits to hospitals, surgery centers, and other locations across the United States where D.

Surgical products are used.
Reaches out to customers to promote new and existing products and services, offer special discounts and promotions, or provide essential account management services.
In collaboration with others, recommends appropriate product information to meet the needs of individual customers, support upselling, and achieve sales targets.
Fosters open relationships with customers.
Conducts presentations and demonstrations that present current and future products to potential customers.
Is proficient in understanding product specifications and uses and can educate current and potential clients accordingly.
Understands and gathers customer requirements to prepare specifications and generate quotes.
May require direction and support to do so Collaborates with members of the sales team and other professionals in the organization to achieve the goals for D.

Work is closely monitored by supervisor.
May work under the direction of more senior level professionals.

Qualifications, Education and Experience Necessary and desirable qualifications include, but are not limited to, the following:
Education (degree(s) required) Bachelor's degree preferred in a related technical or scientific discipline or equivalent field.

years of experience working in insides sales or similar position Demonstrated skill in developing and maintaining customer relationships.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong listening skills Must be collaborative and work well in a team environment.
Working Conditions Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and other standard office equipment.
Work may require some weekend and evening work on rare occasions.
This position works in the office and may also have a hybrid work arrangement.
Physical Requirements This position may include physical demands such as the ability to intensely focus and handle stressful situations.
You will primarily be working on a computer and sitting in this role.
