Performing comprehensive patient assessments and recording results Working with physicians to review assessment details and develop appropriate treatment plans Monitoring patients closely for changes in condition and reporting changes to the medical team Mentoring and supervising nursing assistants and licensed practical nurse Advocating for patient rights and ensuring patients receive the care they need Educating patients and their caregivers about medical conditions and continuing care goals after patient discharge RN Job Requirements and Qualifications Completed state-approved registered nurse or licensed practical nurse education program Current RN or LPN license to practice Valid CPR certification (preferred) RN Position Incentives:
