As a Senior Recruiting Manager - Technology at Redfin, you'll lead a team of recruiters while working with business leaders, hiring managers, recruiting colleagues and resources as needed. The Role You will build talent strategies and keep things moving:
to bring on dozens of people at scale. You understand the business of recruiting, from budgets to target setting, and can mold it to our needs. You will inspire and develop the team:

You will build strong partnerships with hiring managers and executives so you know what they want and they trust your judgment. Because of your skills, subject matter expertise, and abilities to set direction, you will become a trusted adviser for the company when it comes to attracting and hiring the best of the best tech talent. When needed, you will step in and make magic happen. Whether it's closing an executive hire or helping negotiate a tough closing, you'll roll up your sleeves to get the job done. About You You have built and led tech recruiting teams in high growth environments; you can point to a history of results and excellent performance. You have a pulse on the competitive tech landscape, a modern view of recruiting tools and industry stuff, your peer network seeks you out for advice (8
years related experience preferred) You have experience building consultative partnerships with hiring teams and leading with data. Your analysis informs how to improve results and where to spend a little more of your time and attention. You translate numbers into action. You have a deep understanding of workforce planning and can build team goals to meet demand You have a vision and can communicate it clearly. You're passionate about what you know but open to feedback from your team and hiring managers. At the end of the day, you have a pulse on what needs to happen to hit our staffing goals as well as keep your team engaged and happy You realize that you can't take a one-size fits all approach to recruitment and don't want to. You learn from your mistakes and have a flair for the unexpected You know how to build talent generation programs at scale. You've led teams and set direction for company recruitment efforts all the while compiling some serious competitive intelligence. Leadership is your thing. Pipelines and processes are your friends. Starting Base Salary:
$128,000.00 - 192,000.00. Actual starting base salary will depend on varying circumstances, including individual qualifications, market finances, and other operational business needs.- Potential for quarterly bonuses based on company performance.- Potential for merit increases and stock grants based on performance.Benefits for Full-Time Employees:

Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
